Red TINKU Bolivia

Red TINKU is one of VAP's partner organisations in Bolivia.

Red Tinku is a volunteer organisation based in Bolivia that is working on several local projects since 1998. At the beginning in 2007 we started contacts with Youth Action for Peace and since then we have been involved in organising International Volunteering projects. Red Tinku organises short term workcamps and medium and long term projects.

Our principles are self-management, social justice, reciprocity, solidarity, peace, multiculturalism, respect for human rights and for the Mother Earth and create greater opportunities for the marginalised and excluded.

We currently exchange with international friends and partners members of the Coordination Committee of International Voluntary Service (CCIVS) and the Alliance of European Voluntary Service Organisations.

Red Tinku has a Home and a Community Centre called "La Tinkuna" where volunteers, that join in the projects will be housed in shared rooms.

We are thrilled to welcome volunteers from around the world. We expect the support and solidarity among peoples. Jallalla Pachamama!

In 2025 VAP has:
member of:

with the support of:
Volunteer Action for Peace, member of the European «Youth in Action» Programme

Quote of the day

« I would recommend participating in a workcamp, especially with VAP, who ensured that I found a project to suit me and provided essential training for me in preparation for my trip. Being part of a workcamp really is a life-changing experience, oh, and it looks great on your CV! »
