The workcamp aims to restore the historic and natural heritage of the St. Ferran Castleand its surroundings, and increase the knowledge and relevance of such heritage amongparticipants and local people.There will be several activities proposed to understand andget to know the local area and its environment and heritage:cultural visits, activities with catalan Castellers and diables(typical catalan cultural activities), workshops, sailing andcanoeing, etc. There will be a guide visit of St Ferran Castle.There will be a weekend excursion to Cap de Creus andCadaques, and a day visit to Figueres and the Dali museum

This year the technical work will be focused on creating different objects that were usedin the Iberian daily life. The participants will use crafts and traditional techniques to dodifferent objects such as: ceramics, baskets, fishing nets etc.

In the gym of a high school of Calafell. Sleeping will be on the floor with mattresses provided.Sleeping bags are needed.

Ciutadella Iberica de Calafell (Calafell Citadel) is an archaeological site which shows how the life ofa community of the Iron Age was.Games, trips to the beach, excursions to Tarragona (visitingthe roman part) and Barcelona (the Gothic part), workshops(relaxation, handicrafts, etc.), intercultural evenings, activitieswith the youngsters of the town (sports, etc.)
