BWCA set up an ongoing project in order to build a Volunteer Training Centre (VTC), which will be used to involve local people in volunteer projects and activities for the benefit of their community. At the VTC a nursery was created to grow saplings of timber and fruit trees, which will be planted in surrounding villages. Volunteers will take part in development work of VTC nursery, by looking after the planted trees and building an underground chamber for the composting of organic fertilizer. Work will be 5-6 hours per day. There will be also excursions in local historical places and the opportunity to play games with local children.

They will also help the "Cost Free Eye Camp", which gives health care to poor people who suffer from cataract problems; volunteers will look after some of the patients by providing food and care work.
