Here you can pay your registration fee and complete your application for a voluntary work project with VAP.

Select the projects of your choice through the online database

Download and fill the VEF (Volunteer Exchange Form)
If you wish to apply for a voluntary workcamp (2 to 4 weeks), please download this VEF:

Send us the filled VEF by e-mail

Please send us your fee by using one of the following methods of payment:
- via PayPal:
You will be transfered to a secure server run by PayPal.

£255.48: for the Standard Programme (250 + 5.48)

£278.81: for the Medium/Long Term Application Fee (275 + 3.81)
Please note that if you chose this way of payment you will also pay the PayPal transfer charges which are £5.48 for a Standard Programme project, £3.81 Medium/Long Term Volunteering project.
Please ensure that your name and e-mail address are the same on the payment and on the application form. Otherwise we may not be able to match them up.
Please note that you do not have to open a PayPal account to send us your fee. You can pay with a debit or credit card by clicking on the appropriate "Pay Now" button above and then use the option for people without a PayPal account.

You will be placed on one of your selected projects
If all the selected projects are full, we will suggest alternative ones. In case you are not interested in any of them, we will refund 90% of your application fee.
