Apply for a project > How to apply for this project?

To apply for a project and become a VAP volunteer, please follow the 5 steps explained in this section

Select the project(s) of your choice through the database
Download and fill in the Volunteer Exchange Form (VEF)

If you wish to apply for a short term voluntary project (2-4 weeks), please download this VEF:

If you wish to apply for a medium/long term voluntary project (1-12 months), please download this VEF:

Send us the filled VEF by e-mail
Send us the payment through the How To Pay page

The payment is safe, secured and done through PayPal
You will be placed on one of your selected projects

If all the selected projects are full, we will suggest alternative ones. In case you are not interested in any of the alternatives we will refund 90% of your application fee.
