Yéviépé is part of the township of Fiokpo and it is one of the 10 beneficiaries’ villages of the drinking water supply project. It has also received seedlings for forest plantation in the context of having a micro climate to increase precipitation in the village. Volunteers from all countries will participate in the creation of avenues and reforest private land as well as the school yard. They can also help students improve their study for the next school year by tutoring. Volunteers will also organize recreational activities to animate the life of the village and sensitise the villagers on the importance of hygiene around the fountains.
Activities:
Evaluate the available space, maintain the plots for planting seedlings, make holes, putting seedlings into the ground and also provide ongoing tutoring to students.

7 km from Kpalimé. 100 kms from Lome.

• The volunteers work approximately 30 hours per week (Monday to Friday) • The Languages spoken on the camps are English and French; • Life in the camp is managed daily by volunteers who organize small groups tasks so that everyone can participate in cleaning the camp, preparing meals, etc.. ; • The camp leaders are volunteers too. They direct and organize the group, give advice and propose various activities to volunteers. They are the bridge between the association, the local population and volunteers; • The age to participate in a work amp is 18 years and more. The age limit is 35 years. However, exceptions are possible. • The participation fee covers volunteer only support during camp and excursion. • Every volunteer must necessarily fulfill its participation fee (200 Euro), have a personal first aid kit, mosquito net, clothes and shoes suitable for work for his/her safety, and if possible gifts (school supplies for students of the host village).
Located near the border between Togo and Ghana Nyivé is a village of farmers. It has requested from Les Amis de la Terre Togo a reforestation project to strengthen its vegetation to fight against deforestation. Volunteers will participate not only in planting seedlings with the contribution of the village but they will have to give holiday tutoring to children and to raise awareness and remind hygiene around the points.

Wome is a village partner of the drinking water supply project of Fiokpo villages. The villagers eager to plant trees have benefited the support of Les Amis de la Terre Togo to do so. Volunteers will participate in the creation of avenues and reforest private land as well as the school yard.
