Description Maintaining a local garden kept for less harmful animals. Care for rabbits, mice, snails, chickens, turkeys and "old layers pests" (!). This is an animal farm project. Weeding t grass and harvesting.

WORK START AND END DATES ARE FLEXIBLE. YOU CAN START AT ANY AGREED DATE AND STAY AS LONG AS YOU WANT - OR AS LONG AS THE PROJECTY NEEDS YOU. A DECISION DATE3 weeks before March, June, Sept. December(Quarterly) APPLICATION INFODecision date can also be agreed within 3 weeks before departure for the project. To stay between 3-5 months a Business Visa and to stay over 6 months an STR Visa is required.
Fee is €200 per month to support the project and VWAN's expenses as well the volunteer's food.
In conjunction with a branch of international NGO, the farm land is a large parcel of land with varieties of seasonal crops. The objective is primarily to engage in “operation food basket” to be launched very soon. Attention will be given to poverty alleviation programme of the Millennium Development Goals (MDG) at the global level.

The project is an animal husbandry where old layers (hens) and cricket chicken and some pets will be attended to. The project is a small scale where non-violent pets are bred and nurtured for collection. Some gardens made available for rabbit, mouse and poultry will also be nurtured.
